DEI: Attracting New Talent

Some of us have come to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work primarily recognizing that we are facing a talent crisis. 

At Lee Spring, we have been experiencing recruitment challenges for some time, and in order to change the current state, we’ve got to learn how to attract younger talent that will be more diverse. With that in mind we’ve been learning from DEI experts. One fundamental recommendation is that we all need to start by assessing our company’s current DEI practices. For that reason, we are very pleased to share the MaiiC DEI assessment with you.

This assessment is both a survey and a way to learn about DEI strategies. Your responses for the assessment are anonymous, and will be folded into a webinar where we will review the aggregated results of the assessment as well as best practices, and bring in DEI experts to lead a discussion on the tools and resources companies can apply to attract and retain talent.
